I tweaked my damn back again. %^&*!@#^*!!#^. Susp.chain gm's(-3,suit and belt)--warmups,1x3x185,225,275; 1x1x1295,310,320,330***(probably shouldn't have gone this low this soon,back cramped up on last two reps. The most disappointing thing is that I had at least one and possibly two more successful reps left in the tank. I couldn't even make to failure); GHR--4x12(jacked the rear up 5" and this was a challenge. I could feel these); Rev.hypers--1x12x120,1x10x130,140,150( I was rolling in the floor after these but I always do ); Kneeling ab pulldowns--1x10x80,90,100; 1xFx110; 2x10x100; Leglifts--3x15xBW; Wrist curls(btb)--1x12x45,65,85,95; 1x10x105,1x8x115; Tri pushdowns(minibands)--3x25; Grip work--DB holds X 3,ea. hand(grip a DB by the fingertips and down to the first joint and hold on tight for as long you can, 60 seconds in my case ). I hit my head twice on the weight stack doing the kneeling abs and barked the hide off both times. It's like I was being punished this evening .

Dont push things with your back...thats not something you want to mess with. At least you got a PR out of it. What weight did you use for your grip work? I'm thinking the leg lifts probably werent the best exercise you could do if you hurt your back..and yes I know you're going to say it didnt hurt...but that was because you were all warmed up. That is when good judgement and common sense kick in...and I know we both have it. I need my morning coffee, then I have to gather the kids around and tell them what their day will be like...thing is...I always cave in..cant stand making them work when it is such a beautiful day. But really, I need to see the floors in their rooms by the end of the weekend.

Pam,there's a reason there are doors to kids rooms . I just used 15# DB's for the grip work. I got this from Jim Wendler. I don't know if it will help but it's something I'm going to try in between sets. I can't hurt. I'll be careful with the back. I promise.
