Didn't think i was going to get this one in. Got in late but got some good news and got pumped.
Speed box squats(12" box,belt)--8x2x225 + purple bands;
GHR(5" elevation in the rear)--3x15;
Kneeling ab pulldowns(facing away from the stack)--4x10x60,1x50x60(the last set means this is to easy or I was excited);
BB roller--3x12.
I was smart and didn't do anything to aggravate my back which is still a little sore. I'll get it better.

You did 50 reps on your last set of kneeling ab pulldowns? How much red bull did you drink? I would write more but I am exhausted...just got home about a half hour ago with Ryan...he is one miserable kid. The shot they gave him put him out though...now the trick will be getting him downstairs with me...I need to keep an eye on him tonight to make sure his throat doesnt swell...can you say no sleep for mom. Anyway, nice job, I'm glad you got it in...I was all set to workout but Ryan had other plans for my night.

You'll have plenty of time to get your workout in. I just hate it that Ryan's sick again and you missed another nights sleep. You try and catch a nap today. No red bull,no nothing for an energy supplement. I was excited and that had a lot to do with it but the exercise is easy. Other wise it wouldn't have happened even if I'd gotten the best news in the world. The sad thing is that I can't do 70 on this form of ab pulldowns,can't pull it into starting position. Now that's pathetic . You try and get some rest today.
