I felt a little frisky this evening and thought why not . Military press(seated)--1x12x45,1x10x65,1x8x85,1x6x105,1x4x125,1x2x145,1x1x165,175,185***; 1x10x135(old PR was 180). Since I wasn't supposed to go to failure on this day,190 caught a break,yeah right ; Front BB shrugs--1x10x135,185,205,225,245(no straps and the 245 was tough,not the weight but the grip. The last rep was on my fingertips); Lat pulldowns--1x8x100,110,120,130,120; Hammer curls--1x10x35,3x8x40; Reverse wrist curls--1x15x45,55,65; I was careful and my back didn't bother me.
