My back did OK but I wore two belts and was very careful loading(what little loading there was) the bar. I'm glad nobody saw me this evening or they would have thought I had alzheimers and didn't know how many belts he had on. I'm still going to hit the heating pad and squats are iffy for tomorrow. Now that really burns my biscuits!!!! Flat speed bench--6x3x105 + chains, 1x3x115,125,135 + chains(the last 3 sets were done by lowering the bar under control and then pressing up with as much acceleration and explosion I could muster. I'll keep this pattern through the chain cycle ); Close grip bench press--1x8x185,1x8x195 + one board,1x8x205,215 + two boards(just wanted to try something different with the boards. Since I was doing this for tri's,it seemed the thing to do); Tri BB extensions(standing)--1x10x95,105,115( i could feel these in my shoulders and I'll go back to skull crushers for tri BB work); Seated cable rows( V-handle)--1x10x150,170,190,210; Face pulls(short bar)--1x12x80,90,100; Rear delt raise(lying on flat bench)--1x12x25,30,35(didn't feel I got the range of motion in this position); Cuff work(shoulder horn)--2x20x10; I got a late start this evening but finished this one fast for me. It's time to crank up the heating pad and BBQ some ribs .

Interesting you should ask that question . I kept them on as they transformed from that sumo look to one that was just a bit trimmer. Now if I could just find a way to get a shirt on over them . You should have read the rest of them. They are good for a laugh and you would have said what a "kitty cat" .
