HBDL 20 x 185
Pull Ups 4 x 10 at increasing inclines ending at body weight. Dips 4 x 10 at increasing inclines ending at body weight
Resistance workout done in 4 continuous supersets
Workout grade: D -, but I feel like faeces.

Fish did you do all 4 exercises back to back or super set the first 2, rest then the next 2? Why the D+ on the workout? I'm thinking just getting it in gives you at least a B.

Pam,
Another correction - not pulls but chins.
Just went around in a circle.
Squat pull dip squat pull dip squat pull dip squat pull dip.
I can do the increasing incline work for both pull ups and dips on the TG 1100, which, by the way is a great piece of equipment.
My final dip station and pull station is on the rack.
I am always surprised by my strength levels. I expect them to be higher. I did take some time off - like the entire summer - but what a struggle to get those chins. And you notice that I don't say how long the "set" took !
Oh well, better next time.
You like C&W. Check out that dobro album. It's Nitty Gritty Dirt and the unbroken circle for tomorrow. Can't wait.

Hey Fish, I am always surprised at my strength levels..or lack there of. I too though have taken way too much time off. I'm hoping to be back at it for good again this time...I havent had this much time off since I started working out.
