It must be Halloween,I got tricked. This one was a waste of a good can of Amp . Manta ray squats(12.75" box,suit)--1x12x45,1x8x95,2x5x135,185; 1x3x225,275; 1x1x305,335,355(back was screwing me and I had to forget this one); Leg band curls--2x15 ea. leg(green band),1x15 both legs(green band); GHR-5" elv.(semi-yielding,fancy term for a 1-2 second pause halfway up)--3x8(shaking like a dog passing razor blades on these ); Rev.hypers--2x12x70; Side bends--1x10x55; Standing ab pulldowns(butt on bar)--1x10x60,70,70; Tri pushdowns(miniband)--3x25. I had to lift in a way to try to protect my back and the two don't mix. I attempted to find something I could at least get some benefit from and with the exception of the GHR's,this one was a wash. Speaking of Halloween,there goes the doorbell......double handfuls of candy for all the early birds . This workout was cursed and really haunted me .
