Gave my back a rest and just messed around with a lot of weird stuff. GHR(elevated 5" in rear)--1x15xBW,1x12x10,1x10x25; Leg band curls--1x10x ea. leg,purple band;1x10x both legs,each leg,both legs + 3 second pause + green band; GHR(5" elv.)--1x25,23x BW(no i didn't forget I did these ); Side bends--1x8x55,75,75; 1x12x75; BB roller--3x15. Tried some rev. hypers and ab pulldowns but had to can them. Did some grip work with the db's(15#),stepups at varying heights,miniband pushdowns and no bar,low box squatting focusing on form. This one had no rhyme or reason,just tried to work with what I had. I'll probably have to do this again on Friday and if I do I'm going to kill my hams and try some different ab work.
