Well I'm getting myself back on track. I got Tanner all tucked in in my bed downstairs..ok so its a couch and I jumped on the treadmill. He's seems to be doing a little better today. I know Jack knows this but Ryan had pneumonia last week and now Tanner has double pneumonia. I've been a busy mom.
Anyway I started the l-carnitine...I sure hope this works. I am still waiting for a copy of my test results so I can start doing more research. If this works I am going to Med school. I hate having to be my own doctor but I am really learning a lot. I didnt weigh myself this morning, I should have, but just wasnt in the mood to be depressed. I need to though so I know if this works or not. I really hope this does it...I am so tired of this game...I dont want to play anymore.
Ok the workout:
Cardio - 30 minutes mountain trail 15 minutes incline (started at 1 went up 1/2% every 30 seconds for 7.5 minutes then went back down the same way)
I took 2 grams of l-carnitine about 10 minutes before my workout. Should take it about an hour before so I'll do that next time. Also had a can of SoBe which has 250 mg of l-carnitine.
Just to double check here. I need 2 grams of l-carntine...the caps are 500 mg...I took 4...that would be what I needed for 2 grams correct?
Hoping to get my lifting in when Ryan gets home. He may not have time though..after missing 4 days of school he has quite a bit of homework. Oh this morning he told me he "wished I was smart"...after he came too I asked him what the heck he meant by that..he was kidding..needed help in science...got all 3 questions right. Yes I used the internet...none the less I got them.
Ok need to eat now..hope ya'll have a great day...I'm back to stay.
