Even though this was back/shoulder/bi day I isolated all the lat work so I wouldn't stress my lower back. There's not much in my list of exercises that qualify and I wound up working my bi's more than anything else. They need the work but they're more for vanity than anything else. If you could see mine, you'd know why I like long sleeves shirts . BB front raise(flat bench)--1x12x45,55,65; 1x10x75,85,95; 1x8x105; Chinups--3x10xBW(2 wide grips and 1 med. grip, last set); Lat pulldowns(wide grip)--3x12x100; Seated BB curls--1x8x65,75,85,95; Incline hammer curls--1x8x25,30,35,40. Unfortunately the "pump" is gone from my bi's and they've returned to their toothpick size. It's time for the heating pad and TWC,got to see if it's snowing in Minnesota.

Nope not snowing here anymore Jack. Everything is however coated with a nice layer of ice. It snowed then rained, always a nice combination. What we learn from this however is that you dont run down the deck steps when not only are they coated with ice, but so are the hand rails.
Well Jack at least you were able to lift. Mine as you can see didnt get done once again. If Kara gets sick I am going to scream...Tanner is bad again tonight but its night time..thats pretty normal...I am just hoping he's not up all night coughing....finger crossed.
I'm off to bed guys...yes it is only 8:30.

Don't tell me you busted your...............on the steps. Ouch!!! I'm glad you got to bed early. I just wish you had gotten some sleep. Kara will probably be OK,remember you told me girls were stronger than boys and even if they got sick, they didn't complain as much . You may have a point.
