Dad isgoing in for a cardioversion tomorrow morning. They basically put you to sleep and shock your heart to try to get it back into rhythm.
I'm scared to death, he could have a stroke, he is not looking good, does not take care of himself, doesn't exercise and eats like shit. I'm just so scared.

Dad is ok but it didn't work. Well it did, he was in sinus rhythm for a minute or two then went back into afib, they tried twice.
He was really bummed out. Not much they can do anymore, that was depressing to hear.
