Powered by Sobe. To be honest I couldn't tell the difference between the "lizard" and Amp. i may just keep alternating them or try a can of each before a ME day and really get blasted. I'm hoping to be able to squat by no later than the Friday after Thanksgiving and I don't know what I'll do tomorrow except just wing it.

I drank my last can of Sobe this morning...I need a pick me up. I need to find a place that sells that cheaper. Jack how much is it where you are? Its about $1.80/can here give or take a few cents. Not sure if its just me but thats a lot. I like the taste of Sobe better than the rest.
Anyway, looks like we both had a speed bench day today. Yours looks much better than mine. Can you believe my shoulder still isnt 100%? I didnt hurt it but i can still tell if I take exercises higher I will hurt it again. I am going to start the rehab routine from westside again.

Pam,Sobe and Amp are both the same price here,$1.69 each, which I agree is steep. I've never checked on some of the supplement sites for these products but I'll see what I can find. I usually just drink them on ME days but I needed a boost this evening. They do taste different but I don't have a preference, just want some extra uuumph . I'd do the westside shoulder rehab work or part of it as my warmup and finish with a few extra sets. That might help. Just be careful and don't try to much with your shoulder just yet.
