Good news, Tanner is doing much better...Jack did you get my voice message from him to you? So my life should be back to normal next week. I told Kara not to even think about getting sick or she will be punished. Sometimes you just have to scare the virus out of them Well not much to say here...I need more room to do my cable rows. Actually what I really need is a lat attachment for my rack..its just too crowded down there. Going to grab my protein drink...I'm not going to do anything wrong this time and in two months if I havent lost I'm going in to that doctor fighting. Hope ya'll had a great day.

I didn't get the voice mail but I haven't checked since around 5. I'll see if it's on there. Keep Miss Kara healthy and we'll go over the band work. They do feel awkward at first but you'll get used to them and they'll seem like second nature.
Pam,it doesn't look like you've lost any strength. You don't want to rush anything, just ease back into it and before you know it,you'll be popping some PR's.
Tell Tanner I'm going to check his message and that I'm tickled he's back on track.

It might be time to get the "cheaters" checked . I just get so excited about any kind of message that sometimes the content just goes over my head .
