4 board press(3R max, med. grip)--1x10x45,1x8x95,2x5x135,185; 1x3x220,245,270,290*; 1x1x305(F-2),thought I had the second rep on the last set; Pas press(purple bands,4" off chest)--1x10x95,115,125,135; 1x8x145; One arm DB row--1x15x55,1x12x75,1x10x85; DB shrugs--1x15x55,75,90,105(used straps with the last set ); DB side raise--3x12x30; Tri pushdowns(V-handle)--1x12x90,100; 1x10x110,120; 1x7x130; Cuff work--1x20x5,bottom half and rear delts. Next week will be 1R max time on the 4 boards. The good news is that I came out this one and experienced no back pain even though I tried to get my best arch when I benched. I was careful how I picked up and loaded the DB's and plates. I should be as good as new in a week or so.

Nice job on the PR Jack. Why did you go for the 1rm when it said you were only going for a 3rm? Or am I reading that wrong?
You have 105 lb db's?
I'm glad you didnt have any back pain..take it easy for a bit longer..dont rush thing.

I was going for a 3R max all the way. I just couldn't get 3 reps out of the last set . All I have is the adjustable DB's. I think they were on the tape I sent you. I throw on both the standard and olympic plates. It's not very pretty but it works for some exercises. I'm going to give the back another week before I even consider doing anything extreme.
