I really tried to do this one fast as I got a later start and since no weight was involved wanted to make it more aerobic. i did a lot of supersets,it was excruciating and i realized just how much I dawdle during a normal workout. Bring back the slower times . Hip band extensions--5x15 + green band(held them until I couldn't stand it anymore); GHR(level)--5x20xBW; Standing ab pulldowns(facing stack)--1x10x50,50,50,60; Leg band curls--6x8 + green band(held these until i started to shake); Kneeling ab pulldowns--5x10x70; Side bends--3x8x75. I did a lot of bodyweight squats between sets at various heights working on form and controlling my descent. Whew, 2 more of these and let's try some weight. Back had a few twinges but did OK.
