So I have a sales guy that comes around every 6 months or so. He's pretty active, Eats horrible but rides bike, runs, has a motorcycle..we have alot in common,I've known him for at least 25,years. Said to him one time when he comes up we would have to ride...well He's coming up in a couple weeks and wants to do that...I HAVE TO GET INTO BETTER SHAPE! ( Other than ROUND!)
So Maybe this will get my MoJo going...went out today for a 10 mile ride...felt really good! Hope to try and do 10 or so a few times a week, this should get me in good enough shpes so not to totally embarress myself!
So keeep after me here..I gotta do this!

Sales guy huh? Interested? Is he cute? Married? Kids? lol
I'll keep at you! You need to do the same for me! Mom goes in for back surgery sept 4. She is going to need almost constant care. Still trying to figure out how I'm going to pull this one off. Two kids, sports, school and soon jobs and one mom, with one car. And I wonder where my stress comes from.
Now I want the important details of this bike ride.
