I didnt squat because I hurt my knee when I fell or slide down the stairs.
Leg Ext 1x25x50 1x18x75 1x15x12x85
Adductor Pulls 3x25x30
Calf Raises 3x50xBW
Band Leg Curls 3x25x Purple band
Thats it, I am going to be changing my workout...I think. I'll let you know when I decide. Not much to say and I am starved and have 3 kids wanting dinner. My legs are shaking if that means anything.

forgot to add, didnt do the GHR because someone went out with MY shoes and got dog poop all over them!

Now that can be a real deterent for the glute/hams and an acceptable excuse . How in the world did you manage to fall? You sound like me . Take care of those shakes. Mine have changed to just slight vibrations.

Remember, deck steps, ice, handle, ice, running after dog...not a good combination. Well it was Kara that wore my shoes, she is sick so I cant yell at her...but wasnt in the mood to clean them. Now see, if I were a normal woman, I would have had more than one pair.

Oh,those steps. When it was 60 here today,I tend to forget that those north of us are already having to contend with old man winter. That's twice,be careful . You're more normal than you think but I'm glad you don't have the Ameldo Marcus(sp) syndrome . Still "shakin" or did you get your glycogen levels restored?
