Fish...do you have a bike computer with cadence on it?...any recomendations?

i do not.
but my bicyclometer has a seconds readout which lets me come close.
and when you get some miles, it is automatic.
only have to check to confirm every once in a while.
like perceived exertion.
i like the cadence thing.
i usually ride at about 80.
as soon as i have to push to maintain, i drop down. if i am spinning w/o resistance i change up.
please believe me. if you find your comfortable cadence (turn over) and you try to maintain it over the hills and the valleys, you'll be happy.
sounds like some sort of a zen thing.
but it's true.
