This was supposed to be the off week for assistance work but I got home,it was nearly dark and I thought why not. You can only watch so much of the TWC and the news . Seated military press--1x15x45,1x12x95,1x10x115; 1x8x125,135; 1x6x145; BB front raise(flat bench)--1x10x75,85,95,105; Upright cable rows(tri-rope)--1x12x40,50,60,70(first time doing these without a BB and concentrated on keeping my elbows above my wrists and it really works the upper back or feels like it ); BB reverse curls--1x10x45,55,65; BTB wrist curls--1x15x75,85,95,105. I just wanted to work the upper back and shoulders but not kill them. They've got a nice warm fuzzy feeling now. No workout for tomorrow so I'll work late .

You are just coming up with all sorts of new exercises. Are you making these up or finding them some place? I'll have to give the upright cable thingys a try. 105 lbs on wrist curls....I could never do that. Nice job...thanks for putting me to shame once again

Pam,the wrist curls are BTB and I bet you could get them. We'll check you out next time I'm in town. I wish I could take credit for the cable uprights but I saw these on the exercise index at EFS. Try these sometime, they may be a keeper, just remember to keep your elbows higher than your wrists and it should prevent any stress on the shoulders.
Put you to shame, yeah right. You could run me in the ground with the cardio and when we get your schedule adjusted we'll battle it out on the PR's .
