Back is doing better, still sore...I need to get back into doing some "real" workouts. I always seem to get pre occupied with other stuff this time of year, that and work get's busy and I get lazy after work! lol

Hope everyone is doing well. Fall is beautiful here this year. Supposed to get cold now so this is probably the last really good weekend for the leaves...I know there are a ton of them down in my yard.

Not too many more days to row I guess Fish.
