Well I'm going to try to be realistic, something I'm not good at.
*Would like to lose 70 lbs this year
*I would also like to try to meditate at least 5 days a week for at least 10 minutes to start and work up to 30
*Plan Plan Plan my meals. i do SO much better when I have a plan at the beginning of the week
*Workout at least 5 days a week most weeks
*10,000 steps per day
*Weight lifting more
More to come but thats a start for me

Other one was in training but it was moved..don't know where to.
Anyway..I like Pams goal of 70 lbs. You go girl!
I'll be happy with 40 for this year.
Workout at least 5 x's a week
10,000+ steps at least 4 x's a week
Be more diverse in my workouts.

Yeah yeah, add the 10,000 steps for me too.
Well if you lose 40 and I lose 70 we may just be as close to the same weight as we ever have been.
Going to add weight lifting yo mine too. Not even day one and already revising goals.

i am waiting for 12/31/14 to reply to Smoke's 12/31/13 "here we go again".
here and there.
maybe Jack could be prevailed upon to post up some goals and then a year from now to post up some results ?
