OK,got a wild hair and needed some attitude tonic. This was the one I missed yesterday with everything being pushed back and I just needed to let some things out.
Hip band extensions--1x25 + 2 minibands; 5x10 + green bands(held "em" for as long as i could);
GHR--4x25xBW(this was my top end on reps,no more 100's for a while);
Leg band curls(green band)--2x10 ea. leg; 1x10 both legs;
Standing ab pulldowns(facing stack)--3x10x70;
Standing ab pulldowns(facing away from stack)--3x10x60;
Preacher hammer curls--4x10x30;
Reverse wrist curls--1x25x45,1x20x55;1x15x65.
I feel better.

How did I miss this workout? I must be getting..o...ol....tired. My butt hurts just thinking about doing that many GHR's...you must be a tight a** Jack. ;D See I can still be funny.

Only on certain things and on certain others I'm quite liberal. However,I doubt if I'll be doing any jeans commercials or will my name and buns be mentioned in the same breath . Tighter than bark on tree does not apply to anything on my anatomy. You didn't miss this one. You just wanted to get one post ahead of me .
