On the DVD I do they do push-ups. I can't do them anymore due to shoulder injury.
Any ideas of what they can be replaced with? It's a fast paced video, 4 push-ups, 4 superman, etc for a length of time. Actually I go at my own pace but need an exercise that can transition quick. I thought maybe a chest press on the floor? Strangely those don't hurt.

Well, there's always Mark Eden... What muscle in your shoulder is compromised ? the anterior deltoid is going to be involved no matter what you do. but if you can do a press from the floor, that seems to say that it may be the posterior or lateral deltoid that complain when your elbows get behind your torso. exrx again, with the body map and the exercises. www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2015/jan/17/sudoku-3022-hard
