appreciate your kitchen sink.
dishwasher goes. no juice to dash board.
open it up, circuit test says it is hot.
start research.
find out about "temperature fuse".
don't have an ohm tester, so off to buy one.
in the meantime, dishes in the sink.
how can two people generate that many dirty pots and pans, cups and saucers, knives and forks, plates and bowels, etc.
grumble about having to hand wash.
pull sprayer to rinse.
diverter breaks.
no water except into stuff stored under the sink.
can't believe what was under there.
forced clean up is a mixed blessing.
still can't use the kitchen sink.
can't believe i was grumbling when i still had the sink.
now in a sort of despair as counters cover with dirty dishes.
find part to patch faucet.
saturday pm so plumbing supply stores closed.
find part on amazon.
about a week for deliver.
go to store to buy entire new fixture.
attachments to hot and cold don't.
and so on and on and on ...
after much running back and forth, (on a concert weekend) got the kitchen faucet/sink working.
it is a yoga thing to work under a sink, both physically and mentally.
partial repair on faucet/sink means more work to do there, and still have to get the right ohm meter and then decide whether to repair or replace the dishwasher.
if i can even find the parts.
still, if i count these as problems, i have little to worry about.

I think Jack would agree with you Sue. Our main floor shower hasn't worked for about 2 years lol He finally got the part he needed, was going to fix it yesterday then Sunday he goes and falls off the stool while putting the wood up on the ceiling in the bathroom in Kara's room downstairs. So we were off the the ER yesterday, may have some kind of calcium break, I believe part of a bone spur broke on the bottom of his foot. So I presented him with my crutches lol We are quite a team
