Downed a big "ol" black 16 oz. cup of coffee on the way home. Got it a convenience store and the pot had probably been simmering all afternoon. The coffee was almost like syrup and the lady let me have it for free. She should have paid me to take it(is that a tight a$$ but that's not the story). It was stout to say the least. I passed on the Sobe after I choked that witches brew down. DB shoulder press--1x10x30,35,40; 1x8x45,50,55; Front BB raise(standing)--1x12x45,1x10x55,65; 1x8x75; One arm DB row--1x10x75,85; 1x8x95; Upright cable rows--1x12x50,60,70; 1x10x80; Hammer curls--1x8x35,40,45; Wrist curls--3x15x95. I'm still feeling the affects of the coffee. If I'd saved any it could have doubled for battery acid. I may be counting the swirls on the ceiling tonight .

YOu need to stick with the Sobe and Amp Jack....they have to taste a whole lot better than that coffee.
