Last squat day was 10-27 so i was real excited and also a little apprehensive about this evenings workout. My back came through with no problem but I still won't be deadlifting for a while. I'm going to be wise this time.
Speed box squats(13.5" box,47%)--1x10x45,1x8x95,1x6x135,1x4x185,8x2x205 + purple bands;
GHR--1x10xBW,10,25,25(held plate on forehead);
Rom. deadlifts--1x8x135,185,225,225;
Standing abs(facing stack)--1x10x70,80,70;
Standing abs(facing away from stack)--1x10x60,70,70(slower than Christmas with the 70's);
DB curls--1x8x30,35,40; 3x6x45;
I think I'll be able add some light rev. hypers by next week. I'll also use the high box for the next two weeks. I'm way behind shcedule for a max squat at the end of December. All the marbles will be on the table for that one.

I'm healing and in fact I'm nearly back to 100% and in another 4 weeks I'll be as good as new. I'm going for it !!!!
