As far as working out goes it was my absolute worst year in years!
I want this year to be different but I have to say I am having a tough time getting started.
I had some after effects from my motorcycle accident..or at least I think it is from that. Had some lower groin pain that moved up under my ribs on the left side. Would feel bloated after eating and would have initial pain when I would first stand up..then I was fine! No major organs over there other than intestines.
Started really doubling up on psyllium, trying to watch what I was eating and it seems to have subsided some....oh btw, you both should know by now I don't do Dr.s
So I am feeling better from that..not 100% but getting there, not going to use that as an excuse because the 2 days I did ride I did feel better. One would think that alone would be motivation enough!
So after I post this I'm going to post a workout...this way I have to do one today!

Yeah you would think that since we know we feel better doing something or not doing something it would be easy to do or not do it, but I guess thats not how it works for us.
This is our year girl!! We are going to do something lol
Are you still having the pain under your ribs? Do you think you broke a rib? Not sure they do anything about those. I know they didn't for Kara when she had her skiing accident.
I know I always say this but WE WILL DO THIS!!!
