I'm sore this morning. I don't know if it's because I missed last weeks workouts or all the vacuuming and picking up I did yesterday . Speed bench press(minibands)--1x10x45,1x10x75,1x18x95; 3x3x105(close grip),3x3x105(med. grip),1x3x115,135,150,160(wide grip,blast pattern); Flat DB extensions(miniband)--1x10x55,55,60,65,70; Seated DB Cleans--1x12x25,1x10x30,1x8x35; One arm DB row--1x12x75,1x10x85,1x8x95,1x6x105; Rear delt raise--1x12x25,1x10x30,2x8x35; Tri pushdowns(straight bar,close grip)--1x10x80,90,100,110.
