At last,a real squat day. Results were mixed but I came out of it in good shape. Except for the cold I've got,I don't guess I can complain,but I probably will anyway . Cambered bar squats(13.5" box,suit,belt)--1x10x55,1x8x105,1x6x145,1x4x195,1x3x235,285; 1x1x330,370,400,415***,425(F); Pull throughs--1x10x90,100,110,120,130,140; Leg band curls--3x10x ea. leg with green band; Kneeling ab pulldowns--1x10x90,100,100,100; 1x1x110(F)-thought I could get it but you know what thought did ; Reverse BB curls--1x12x45,50,55,60; BTB wrist curls--1x15x95,105,115; I got tired and had to cut one ab exercise. I won't make it up either .
