Just the facts. 2 board press--1x10x45,1x8x95,1x6x135,1x4x185; 1x3x210,235,260,270,275*; 1x1x280(F-2); Skullcrushers(to the chin)--1x5x95,105,115,125,135,145; Lat pulldowns(standing)--1x8x100,110,100; BB shrugs--1x8x160,185,210,235,250(straps); DB side raise--1x5x30,35,40,45; 1x8x40. I didn't have a lot of energy and cut the reps down today. I'll make it up next time .
