I'm still limited with my reps/sets routines but I think I'll be able to start increasing those in a couple of days.
Speed box squats(13.5" box)--1x10x45,1x8x95,1x6x135,1x4x185; 8x2x225 + purple bands;
GHR(yielding)--5x8xBW(held them for about 3 seconds ea.);
Rev.Hypers--1x10x70,90,110(I'm not going to rush the weight increases,first time for these in 4 weeks);
Standing ab pulldowns--1x10x50,60,70,70;
Situps(GHR)--1x10x25,35,45;
Standing BB curls--1x5x75,85,95,105,115;
Hammer curls--1x5x30,35,40,45,50;
I hope the sick recover quickly and get back here as soon as possible,especially the powerlifter.

So, Jack,
Are you going to leave out DLs on your way to the pr this month ?
What about the DLs ? What tip do you have for the rest of us to avoid problems ?
Are you still on track for your try ?

Fish,I won't be doing any deadlifting until next month. My back is almost 100% but I don't want to risk another muscle pull with the DL's until it's fully recovered. I'll have two good morning and one manta squat routine and then go for the PR on 12-27.. As far as tips go for DL's,I'm the wrong person to ask but since you asked ,just do tons of assistance work to bring up the hams,hips,glutes,lower back; work on being strong off the bottom if that is your weak point(it's mine) and above all use good form. Then just "grip it and rip it".
