Upright cable rows--1x10x60,70,80,80;
Seated cable rows--1x10x130,140,150,160,170,170,170.

Jack,
What about seated cable rows ?
I know that they can be done with the back fixed or flexed and that there are suppos-ed benefits to each/both techniques.
How do you do them ?
Why do you do them ?

Fish,I do the seated rows with my back fixed and try to pull my shoulder blades together at the end of the movement. Why do I do them.........for some change(variety and hit the muscle group from a different direction) in my lat work and they can be done in less time than some of the other lat exercises. They're also a lot more enjoyable than pulldowns .
