row 2 issue with oars nighttime issue with carpal tunnel. rowing is notorious for CT, but I simply don't have enough time left, so i'll stay with 2 circuits instead of going to 3, but i'm not stopping.

Fish is seeing a chiropractor something you'd consider doing? I've had carpel tunnel issues since Tanner was a baby, he literally had to be held almost 24/7 until he was about 14 months old. Had surgery on right hand, was not given enough of whatever they give to numb it and I felt it! So never went back for left hand. When I started seeing my chiropractor my carpel tunnel went away. Never expected that. I've had it for 20 years! Very very rarely do I get flare ups and it's usually when I'm really stressed, no clue why that would be.

thanks, ladies, for the suggestions. i read that that CP is more common in women. since the infection last year, both my hands and wrists have been acting up. sore and achy. if i wear wrist braces during the night, the carpal tunnel numbness does not occur.

That's great that the braces work for you fish. They never did much for mine sadly. Remind me, when did we all start getting old?
