I was able to do gm's for the first time since 10-10 and did OK. I didn't go to failure this time and didn't push it as far as I could have. It felt awful to stop when I had a lot(well a little left but I played it smart for a change. Arched back GM's(only went down about 40 deg.)--1x10x45,1x8x95,1x6x135,1x4x185; 1x3x205,225,245,265,285,305,315,345; Pull throughs--1x10x110,120,130,140,150(I'll have to put some orange juice or something sticky on the bottoms of my shoes if I go any higher ); Rev. Hypers--1x10x90,110,130(still keeping these light and working up slow); Leg band curls--4x10x green band(both legs); Situps(GHR)--3x10x35; Side bends--1x10x75,85,95. I did some grip work between sets of the hypers through the side bends. I hope my ailing partner can get back here soon.
