Not much variety for me the last couple weeks. Pilates in reformer and a Pilates chair Kara bought for me along with walking and yoga.
Feeling a lot better, physically and mentally.

Going to work backwards here
7/18 - Pilates chair / core 40 mins One exercise I couldn't execute AT ALL but it gives me something to work for. Others don't look pretty but I'll get there
7/17 Approximately 1 mile running and laps in pool
7/16 - 30 mins pool workout
7/15 - 30-40 mins waking/running in pool
7/14 - Pilates chair total body 45 mins

3 mile walk / 15 mins Pilates in morning
1 mile walk / stretching 15 mins afternoon
