Remember Pearl Harbor.
I smoked the PR(smoked may be slightly exaggerated ;D ) but it went up relatively easy and I was even confident on the failure rep but it was confidence misplaced. That extra 10#'s seemed like a ton. I got it about halfway up but had no speed,stalled,crashed and burned. Anyway,the pattern of two 3 rep ME workouts followed by a max rep day has been paying some dividends.
2 board press(med. grip)--1x10x45,1x8x95,1x6x135,1x3x185,205; 1x1x225,245,265,285,305***,315(F);
Skullcrushers(to the chin)--1x5x105,115,125,135,145,155;
BB row--1x5x135,155,175,185,195,205,215,225; 2x8x205;
Face pulls(straight bar)--1x10x90,100,100,100;
Front DB raise--2x8x30,2x8x35,1x8x40.
Pam,looking forward to seeing your new workout. Let me know how it works and the details if you get time.

Hey, Jack,
Take care of yourself.
I'm down with mycoplasma pneumonia, or at least that what I think it is since the symptoms and prescribed meds are as listed on the net.
Doc said pneumonia, web says there are lots of kinds.
Anyway, lets not have things happen in threes.
Yours, like a fish out of water,
fish

If sinus problems count then things do come in 3's. You and Pam are not setting a good example . Y'all need to get better and jump back in here.
