should note a very scary shortness of breath last week. environmental, i think, but unique in my experience.

cleaning a too dusty room. gasping, left room, recovered, returned to room, gasping.

never happened before and i have cleaned some dusty rooms in my time.

can still feel it despite breathing exercises.

been away for some days in the white mountains beyond phone and internet signal.
had a nice time working a wedding to help some friends who own an old girls horse riding camp.
this is where we go to singing camp in the summers.
it is peak foliage, or at least by my standards.
