10,000 - 14,000 depending on the day. Yes, lots of upper body work.
I did wake up in the middle of the night to Beach Body’s 3 week yoga infomercial.... got sucked in so that’s my Christmas present to myself. Might give me some motivation.... I hope

No room really for it. I know you are a big advocate for it. I have a bow flex at work, tread climber, tread mill, a whole drawer full of miscellaneous dvds.... gotta use em’!

if you can find one, try it. i got a commercial unit years ago, but they have gone a little crazy with the price of the new ones. i still use all the equipment in my "gym", and if i had to pick two, the TG would make the cut. it is not a muscle builder, but it is a muscle maintainer. permits resistance in an incredible range of motion. very safe. fun to use. picking the aerobic piece would be tough. the airdyne, the c2 rower, the NT skier, the stationary bike, i like them all. i guess since i still row in the summer i would keep the c2. the OLY weights get less work these days because of the knees. i did like trap bar deadlifts. got to 2x body weight before i had to quit. knees don't like standing wieght work either. still do an occasional bench press. will eventually let the cage and OLYs go and keep the powerblocks and bench.
i had a lot of fun, but i must admit that i can not do some of the very fun stuff anymore. i did like the step aerobics a lot, but my knees just can't take it. old.

30+ miles of steps.... it’s something. Things are slowing down but still pretty busy!

thanks for the lovely gift. your ornaments ornament almost an entire section of our tree. i like the snow, but it is work. so, tell me about your resistance training associated with work. lift this, carry that. it's important that we keep our muscles.

Your welcome. I have a vendor that says if it weren’t for our ornaments their office tree would be bare.
Mostly carrying screens and setting them up on a press. 27 x 34 weight varies.. 5-12 lbs maybe... never really weighed them. Reaching to take off squeegee and flood bar, putting back on.
Nothing is super strenuous just a lot of it.
Hoping to get some mental down time and get a decent workout in again.
