What can you say about speed day.........nothing. My back did get sore but that's usually a by product of DE work. It feels fine now.
Speed Box Squats(13.5" box)--1x10x45,1x8x95,1x6x135,1x4x185; 8x2x230 + purple bands;
GHR(yielding,3 sec. hold)--4x10xBW;
Rev. hypers--1x8x95,115,135;
Rev.crunch--6x15,1x25;
Side bends--1x12x75;
Hammer curls--1x10x30,35; 3x8x40.
I got a little lazy on the ab work this evening.
