Sorry, tough time of year.
Only workouts to report are 20-30 min walks outside or on tm or 20 mins on the elliptical.
So far for the year I’m down 22 pounds and 21”. Sadly only 2 of those inches are from my stomach. But am starting to see a difference. Had an appointment with one of the docs today and said he just got results back from my Organic acids test and done blood work. He hadn’t had time to go over everything but there was a huge difference in my brain inflammation for the better. So that’s great news. Looking forward to getting the rest of the results.
Nice time of year for something positive to happen

Nothing else, 10 years ago today I lost my baby, so just lots of tears and missing all the things that can never be. Thanks for being with me today Sue, you have no idea how much it meant to me.

yes, there are the hard days. i still have trouble on the date my father was murdered, and the date my sister was killed by a drunk driver, and the date we lost our granddaughter. and other dates too.
i guess we all have hard days.
