airdyne worked well on other muscle groups, no DOMS to speak of.
except the hip flexors.

picked up our annual bunch of overgrown hanging plants and am spending time deadheading and cutting back.

they sell them cheap. 11 bucks for a four plant hanger.

tune them up, give them regular water and food, and spend the summer with lots of flowers.

My dad loves his flowers, he gets cut flowers for my mom every week or two.... moms in an urn on the end table.
I’m about the same with flowers as gardening... I try but... lol
I have managed to keep a Christmas cactus alive for more than 40 years.

I know I’ve asked you in the past about this.... I buy Atlantic dulse, crazy price for dried seaweed! For consumption not got garden. Is this something common that can just be harvested? The seaweed that washes up on shore?

i wold not eat anything washed up, but is not a problem to find eatable live clinging to rocks at low tide.

t take the truck to the beach and fill the bed with washed up seaweed that in include in our compost.
