Pam said she has several by her. I see them around by us. Lots of critters lately. I have a family of fox’s Mom & kits.. cute little buggers but they need to stay off the road.

brother was here with niece dropping her off for camp counselor job.
today was foggy. loons go under as i approach and then surface after i pass. this morning foggy enough that i was rowing in a dome of mist. loon come up directly behind the boat in profile. fog drifting across so the image came and went.
just so beautiful.

How long is it and how far to transport? We had a 17 ft canoe we duck hunted with, even short distances was tricky.

Row
Don't have to carry the boat far, but it includes a rooty bank to get from the path to the water.
So one has this 26 foot long boat balanced on one's head while one is staring intently at the ground to be sure to place one's foot exactly so as not to fall, boat and all.
And one does it getting to and coming from the water.
Then there is the military press to get the boat down from and then up to the racks on the back of the F150. Only 33 lbs, but the racks are at the absolute peak of my reach, so extension and balance become issues.
It's part of the workout.
