moved a lot of wood in front of snow tomorrow night, a foot or so they say.

ad clubs wood stretching now trying leg swinging.
i looked at the x rays or whatever they call them now, and confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my knees' except they hurt like the dickins. i can't run. i can walk i can row i can ride the bike.
no cutting yet.

Have you tried Turmeric, Manuka honey? Also copper bracelet and copper insoles?
I was having a lot of pain in my legs especially after sitting fora time. Like in the car from work to home.
I have ZERO pain now. Got the bracelet and insoles for Christmas took about 2 weeks to notice it. I’m telling everyone about it and everyone that tries it said it helps. I also drink turmeric with manukau honey with a pinch of sea salt every morning. I just add hot water to it and drink it in place of coffee.

i wonder if i can find my old copper p.o.w. bracelet. i think the problem is inflammation, which also occurs in my elbows if i overdo the club swinging. the nsaids work, but i hate taking them, or anything else for that matter.
i am on no meds. when i have to go for whatever foolish injury, no one believes that i take no meds.
