Also give the turmeric a try, you can also get capsules of that but I like the powder and making the hot drink.

Smoke, if you have or had knee soreness or pain after riding in a car, or sitting for a period of time, that is one of the prime symptoms of PatoFemeralPainSyndrome.

that is where the stretching comes in.

just be sure you can touch your toes with your knees straight.

spend ten deep breaths or so touching your toes.

good to stretch the IT band too.

as for me, i have used my body hard, and am just plain old.

broke my left leg as a kid and have lived with three screws through the femur and without some of the muscle mass that was removed in the surgery.

i have been lucky to be alive after at least two of my accident related injuries.

i think i told you, as they were cutting my clothing off there was this guy with his clipboard asking me "who are your next of kin?"

i asked him if i was dying, and he said, "we don't know yet."

in high school we read Vergil's Aeneid in Latin. there was a phrase i have never forgotten. when a warrior was mortally wounded, he would "see his black blood flow."

you knew he was a dead man when he saw that "black blood flow."

after they cut my clothes off, they stuck a tube into my chest to drain the fluids out so the one lung still working would not collapse.

the tube ran from the side of my chest down into a large glass bottle.

i watched as it filled up with ...

my black blood.

this as that idiot was asking me "who are your next of kin ?"
