I should start getting rid of the “Workout” part in my thread title. Getting a jump on a new thread.
I did order a book on lectin free cooking and some prebiotic powder... let’s see how this goes!

Lots of steps if nothing else. Trying to eat better. Did raw vegan last year, trying lectin free... always a new thing.
