got a copper band have not tried the tumeric other than in our oriental dishes.

the ad permits different angles of attack and effort, although i don't have the plans i had in days gone bye. the clubs too. different rates and different patterns vary the workout. i used to have a real plan and keep a real diary. but that was yesterday ...

ad, beach, clubs, wood, stretching getting the work in.
we pick up sand dollars during our winter beach walks. ten on a good day.

same old, although the ad lets me use the same machine while targeting different muscle groups. and the clubs, wood, stretching, etc.

All I seem to be doing is running...and not the good kind. Need to set up meeting for dad to talk about discharge... god, I wish he was 20% better or worse, would make decisions easier.

still getting the work in. i understand progressive resistance in the context of both cardio and strength. so i am trying to incorporate it into my workouts, that are all the same on paper, but all different on the ground.
