8/13 row red then finish wood clean up. lots of garter snakes and lots of worms in the detritus.

knees not so bad, left ankle still sore. feels ok while rowing, but not when walking.

using a rolling pin on my thighs above the knees.

strange sensation when rolling the area above the knees.

seems like it should be common muscle knots, but much different on the left, where i had the surgery, than on the right.

I gave up on trying to take care o 3 places this year.
Frost is coming so grass will stop growing sooner or later.
Keep telling everyone I’m letting the grass reseed itself.
