2day bug
I didn’t get out of bed for 36 hrs!
Great for weight loss, lost 9 lbs since Friday.
Went to work today, feeling a lot better... my body taking control and saying enough is enough!

yeah, well, read it again as if it was from a friend of yours.

i mean, just reread it.

but i went to work.

i'll say it again: you can't take care of everyone and everything else if you don't take care of yourself first.

Still have a cough and drip but I feel fine.

seasonal stuff ?

i get fall seasonal allergies.

goldenrod and queen ann's lace especially.

we didn't have much of those in NYC, and when i got to maine a friend of mine made a beautiful fall bouquet that sat in splendor on the middle of the table.

took me a long time to figure out what was making me so miserable.

I used to get a cough around October and it would last till march

i still get allergy symptoms when the heat goes on.

dust in the wind ...

Still coughing but feel pretty good.

productive or dry cough ?

what do you think is causing it ?

Little of both, dry hack but then seems loose.
Just a respiratory infection. I’ll survive.

Leaves are changing but not real vivid colour this year... too much rain, not enough, global warming, who knows it’ll all be over in 12 years anyway!
