Speed BB bench(chains,med. grip)--1x10x45,1x8x95,6x3x105; 1x3x125,145,165,175; Tate press--4x15x50; Seated DB cleans--1x2x40(not ready for prime time),3x8x35; Chest assisted rows--1x10x165,175,185,195,195; Rear delt pulls(2 minibands gripped at 6" from the ends)--3x15; Cuff work(shoulder horn)--3x15x10.
