The problem with doing the 3 rep max gm's is you don't when the last set is going to cause you some problems. I felt a twith or two in my back and didn't go to failure. I'll be fine as soon as get the heating pad rocking. Pam has challenged me to 450. I'm going to have to be careful about wagering with her .
