beach walks lots of sand dollars today two seals on rocks very close to the beach. moving wood from the pile to the porch from the porch to the stove.
knees all fired up. i think i understand the history now. i have to let the fires go out, which means almost minimal use.
back okish, but sitting is not good for either back or knees.
i am good to go on our next trip in May, but hope to be good to row by June.

did something to the left knee.
painful
waiting until next week to decide about going to the doctor.
it really is funny.
read that posture while sleeping effects morning back pain. changed the posture and found that it is true for me. bent knees, even using a pillow between, seemed to work immediately. then the left knee pain after the snowshoe and fall. now if the knee is bent, the back is good, but if the knee is not bent, the knee is not good.
smiling through the tears.
in the meantime, still working on the wood.

a good day for the left knee. i pretty much decided after doing my reading, that i could not get surgery and recovery done before the May trip.
so i am hoping that i am wrong about my diagnosis.
i think it is a tear.
but maybe not.
